3. The Service
Profily.pro provides tools for building and managing a professional presence, including:
- CV Builder features for creating, editing, exporting, and sharing professional CVs;
- Links features for creating and sharing branded link pages;
- related account, sharing, and analytics features.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service from time to time, including adding or removing features.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- keep your credentials secure;
- promptly update your account information if it changes;
- be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for any use of your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not, unless caused by our failure to implement reasonable security measures.
5. User Content and Inputs
You may upload, paste, or generate content through the Service, including CV data, files, profile information, links, and images (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display User Content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you, including generation, editing, export, sharing, and analytics features that you enable.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the necessary rights to upload and use the User Content;
- your User Content does not infringe the rights of others;
- your User Content does not violate applicable law or these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- upload malicious code, harmful files, or content intended to disrupt the Service;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- harass, threaten, or deceive others;
- impersonate a person or entity;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or data;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where allowed by law;
- use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, or misleading public pages.
7. Public Sharing and Link Pages
The Service includes features that allow you to generate public links (for example, shared CV links and public link pages). You are responsible for the content you publish and the persons with whom you share those URLs.
If you enable public access, your content may be visible to anyone with the link (and in some cases through public browsing if you share it publicly elsewhere). You can disable or change public sharing settings where the Service provides that control.
8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Pricing
Certain features or access levels may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize applicable charges for your selected subscription.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through the methods provided in the Service.
We may change pricing or plan structures in the future, but changes will not retroactively affect the current billing period already paid for.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, layout, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to ALSAIFI LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or our intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. Availability and Service Changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, or file formats.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes that affect availability, functionality, or performance.
11. Third-Party Services
Profily.pro may rely on or integrate with third-party providers (for example, authentication, storage, communications, analytics, or AI processing providers). Your use of certain features may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services or external websites linked from user-created content, link pages, or shared pages.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
Profily.pro helps users improve presentation and workflow, but we do not guarantee job offers, hiring outcomes, interview invitations, business results, or specific performance metrics.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALSAIFI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALSAIFI LTD and its affiliates, officers, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your User Content;
- your misuse of the Service;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Subject to applicable consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
